Games are even more fun when you learn something while playing them! I love learning new things about what my body does to keep me healthy, especially through playing such a fun game. The game “Fungal Invaders” is the perfect game to have fun while also learning something new.
The game “Fungal Invaders” is designed to educate people on fungal infections and what drugs are used to treat them. This is a battle shooter game that allows players to defeat different fungi by using different anti-fungal drugs.
The objective of this game is to protect your human tissue from fungal invaders. This game paints a picture as to what happens to human bodies while trying to fight away different fungi.
As seen above there are different antibiotics, this allows the player to pick the one that will fight off the “invaders”. Having the players decide which antibiotic is needed to fight off the infection is a great way to not only increase someones knowledge but also be very engaged in the game.
This game was super fun to play and I learned much more than I thought I would just from a game on my phone! This has inspired me to create my own game and to make people more knowledgable about a certain health topic. This is a little draft of what my game will be, I can’t wait for you guys to play!
