Leslie Goldman – Class 1 – Health Review App – Module 2

Does anyone else feel super stressed from school or just life in general, and it affects their sleep schedule? Or you’re trying to find a better way to deal with your stress or anxiety? Well good news, I found a really cool app that could help reduce your stress and anxiety but also increase your poor sleeping habits!

The app I want to share with you all is called Calm. Calm is the #1 health and fitness app available for download today. It has 4.8 stars and was the Best of 2018 Award Winner by Apple. The Calm app is for sleep, meditation and relaxation. Their goal is to have their users experience better sleep, become less stressed, and have reduced anxiety which will be accomplished by their sleep stories, breathing programs, stretching exercises, and relaxing music provided in the app.

I have reviewed this app and I have to say I really enjoy it. I was able to personalize what I wanted to work and focus on. There were so many different options of relaxing music and meditation styles that I can’t wait to try them all. I am extremely excited I have found an app as good as this one to reduce my stress and anxiety. This app also provides its users with stretches and movements to help relax your body during the day.
