In this episode of our podcast we talked about how fitness trackers aid in promoting good health, how technology in the health fields have changed and improved, and how social media has impacted peoples health. We also mentioned articles and studies about how the Apple Watch and Fitbit have saved peoples lives.
We also talked about the changing and growing world of technology in health. We stated how some of our parents and grandparents don’t know how to navigate through their phones or certain apps.
As we finished up the podcast we talked about the positive and negatives of social media websites like Instagram and Facebook we got personal about how seeing fit girls on different accounts can make us feel self conscious, where as seeing transformation pictures was more inspiring. We discussed how seeing transformation pictures was more motivational because we can make a more personal connection and realize that other people are also going through similar things.
